Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. If a billing error, duplicate payment, or serious technical issue prevents reasonable use of a paid plan, contact support@fileformatconverter.store with your order information.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Access usually continues through the paid period. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current period.
Project Pass
The 7-Day Project Pass is a one-time purchase. Refund requests should be submitted promptly if the paid access could not be used due to a product or billing issue.
Information to include
Include your account email, order number if available, plan purchased, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment card details.
