Service description
File Format Converter provides browser-based image format conversion and related account, billing, and future conversion workflow features.
The current local image converter is intended for ordinary image assets. It is not a certified archival, legal, medical, engineering, or compliance conversion service.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking converted output before relying on it. Different browsers and source files can produce different results.
You must not use the service to process illegal, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content.
Paid plans
Paid plans may provide account-based limits, future larger batch workflows, server-side formats, saved preferences, and order history. Plan details are shown on the Pricing page before purchase.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. The 7-Day Project Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, File Format Converter makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every file, or that converted output will meet a specific legal, professional, archival, or compliance requirement.
You use the service at your own discretion and should keep backup copies of important files before conversion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, File Format Converter and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, corrupted files, failed conversions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to File Format Converter for the service during the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if no paid amount applies.
Prohibited use and enforcement
If you violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with security, use the service for unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, submit fraudulent payment information, or create risk for other users, we may take action to protect the service.
Possible actions include warning you, blocking a conversion request, limiting features, suspending access, canceling a subscription at the end of its billing period where appropriate, terminating your account, removing unlawful content from server-side workflows, or reporting activity to payment processors or authorities when required by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request deletion by contacting support@fileformatconverter.store.
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if payment fails, if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, operational, or fraud risk, or if you materially violate these Terms. Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred, and some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We try to keep public pricing and product descriptions consistent with the actual service.
